RESORT POLICIES

2:00 PM - Early check-in is not permitted, unless pre-approved by management.  

11:00 AM - Late check-outs can be requested (subject to availability) but require pre-approval from management.  Please ensure your site is as clean as you found it.  

If you wish to move sites, please check with management first.  Due to reservations and maintenance, moving sites may not be possible.  

Reserved sites will be held for you until 11:00 am the day after you are scheduled to arrive.  If you have not arrived by that time or contacted the resort about your arrival plans, guest will be responsible for the full amount of the stay with no refund given and that site will become available for booking by another guest.

Refunds will not be given due to weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or eviction.

The maximum number of registered guests allowed per site is 6 including children.

All RVs must be fully operational and maintained in good condition.  Sorry, no tents allowed.  

RVs 10-years or older must be approved prior to making the reservation.  Pictures can be emailed or texted.  All RVs are subject to be declined entry based on the overall aesthetic and condition, regardless of age.  Jack pads are required for all RVs. 

• Sewer hoses must be undamaged (leak-free), and sewer connections must be airtight with the proper sewer elbow or rubber donut - this is mandatory.
• No hard pipes allowed.   
• Blackwater and greywater must not run on the ground.  
• Black tank valves must remain closed, except when dumping.   
• Our resort operates on a septic system.  Please use RV toilet paper.  
• DO NOT put baby/wet wipes, diapers, paper towels, sanitary products, plastics, hazardous substances, grease/fats, cat litter, etc down the drain/sewer.
• Please clean and store sewer hoses properly.
• Guest could be held responsible if there are any damages to our sewer lines. 

We have high water pressure at our sites and strongly recommend connecting a water pressure regulator directly to the water box.  

Cargo trailers and dollies are not permitted at sites.  

Please contact our office if in need of storage.  

ONLY ONE CAMPER per site and up to two vehicles per site.  No part of your vehicles may extend out onto the road. Parking is NOT allowed on the street, river rock, grass or any vacant sites.  Guests/Visitors may park in our designated parking area.  Parking rules will be enforced at all times and may result in towing at the expense of the guest or vehicle owner. 

Speed limit is 10 mph.  Failure to follow the speed limit may result in eviction from the property with no refund. 

• No sheds, porches, decks, tents, tarps, canopies, hot tubs or utility buildings allowed.
• No vehicle repairs or maintenance may be done in the resort unless approved by management.
• No clotheslines or hanging laundry outdoors.
• Outdoor items should be neat and orderly.
• Please keep your site clean during your stay.
• Do not cut trees or limbs on your site without permission. 
• The Resort does not permit material with any promotional or political affiliation to be displayed, including, but not limited to, flags or signs. 
• Resort Management reserves the right to have any free-standing structure removed. 

Guests are responsible for their visitors and liable for any damages that they cause while in the Resort.  Visitor vehicles will need to be parked on the pad of the guest they are visiting or in our designated parking area. 

Quiet time is from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily (no loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, etc.). Please be considerate of others.  Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult during these hours.  

NO fishing, swimming, kayaking, or boating is allowed at the pond.  Field of Dreams RV Resort is not responsible for any accidents that occur around the water or in the water.  RV guests are responsible for their guests and visitors at all times. 

Resort Management reserves the right to reject the admittance of any pet.  Pet vaccination records must be available upon request.  Pets are not to be left unattended outside at any time.  All pets must wear a collar with the identification of the owner and phone number.  Dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet.  Pets are not permitted in the general store, clubhouse, bathrooms or laundry room.  Please be sure to pick up after your pet. 

To maintain a clean and beautiful environment, we have a dumpster on the property for your convenience.  Please DO NOT leave trash out overnight. 

Laundry facilities is for Field of Dreams guests only.  

Laundry machines are coin operated.  The Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items in the laundry facility. 

For your safety, please use caution around the property.  Snakes and spiders can be concealed in vegetation or dense cover.  Snakes will warm themselves on blacktop or concrete and other animals are active at night, so always carry a flashlight while walking in the dark. 

All accidents or incidents must be reported to our office. 

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 

· No smoking or vaping at the pavilion.

· Please return tables and all other equipment to the condition in which they should be for the next guest’s use.

· Please do not place portable grills on picnic tables.

· No portable deep fryers are to be used while on site.
